A Single Counterparty for Physical Flow & Financial Risk
Caladon Group is an independent commodities and finance firm — bridging physical markets, derivatives execution, and structured financial products under one roof. We broker physical oil and refined products, including gasoline, gasoil, fuel oil, and petrochemicals, as well as base and industrial metals, connecting counterparties across the ARA region, Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia, and the key mining and smelting corridors of South America and the Far East.
On the financial side, we broker and arrange structured products — including commodity-linked notes, credit-linked notes, and trade finance facilities — serving traders, corporates, and institutional counterparties who need financing that moves at the pace of the market. We also execute energy swaps and derivatives across crude, products, natural gas, and crack spreads.
Caladon advises on and manages a broad portfolio of products and services across global markets, with a strong commitment to safety and responsibility — backed by deep expertise across multiple sectors and an integrated Sustainability Framework.
Extensive Industry Connections
We take pride in our robust network, which spans the full spectrum of the commodity industry. From partnerships with major corporations to collaborations with small-scale refineries and niche trading hubs, our deep-rooted relationships let us navigate and capitalise on opportunities at every level — ensuring our clients benefit from unparalleled market access and insight.
Decades of Combined Experience
Our team brings decades of combined experience across physical oil trading, metals brokerage, and financial markets — having worked alongside some of the world's largest commodity trading houses, investment banks, and energy majors.
Caladon works with a network of Tier 1 banks and institutional counterparties, giving clients access to liquidity, credit lines, and relationships that would otherwise take years to build.
Regulatory Information
Investing in commodities and related markets carries inherent risks and may result in financial loss. Caladon does not manage client funds or provide investment guarantees. We operate strictly as intermediaries and brokers, facilitating market access and connecting counterparties, but are not responsible for the outcomes of trading decisions made by clients.
The financial services and structured products activities of Caladon Capital Limited are conducted under a licence issued by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Clients engaging with our financial products and capital markets services do so within a regulated framework.
While we strive to connect reputable and trusted counterparties, all clients are expected to conduct their own due diligence and complete appropriate Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Independent financial advice should be sought where necessary.
